All Tungsten Direct rings have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing and workmanship defects.  In addition, Tungsten Direct also offers a lifetime service agreement to our customers. This pledge is our assurance that Tungsten Direct rings are developed to be robust, hard wearing, and long lasting. Our company warranty guarantees replacement for the following:

• Scratches and marring on ring
• Loss of sheen and luster to polish
• Breakage and Fracture of ring 
• Lifetime ring sizing
• Lifetime style exchanges
• Replacement for emergency removal
• Engraved rings can be warranted (Ask for details)

Please Note: Tungsten Direct rings are not entirely unyielding. Under extreme conditions these rings can incur impairment. Therefore, Tungsten Direct reserves the right to void any warranty when a ring is altered by way of engraving, sizing, drilling, stone setting, polishing, boiling, cleaning with harsh chemicals, soldering, burning or showing evidence of obvious repeated physical abuse.

The Tungsten Direct LIFETIME WARRANTY and SERVICE AGREEMENT is valid with proof of purchase (your copy of receipt).  Rings that are returned for warranty must be accompanied with the specified shipping and handling fees. Ring replacement warranties must also include a minimal replacement fee. Custom ring styles and sizes are also covered under our warranty but carry a $50 replacement fee.
